Working with Lisa and the Eco-Restore team has helped me learn so much about the ecosystem while learning to care for and fall in love with my own yard and landscaping. I moved into a house with mature landscaping and was daunted by the challenge of learning about the plants that were already there, how to care for them, and how to intentionally add my own self expression while maintaining and supporting the native ecosystem. I have learned to identify so much in my yard, be it a maple, a pear tree, an aphid, or a ladybug larva. I have learned how and when to care for individual trees, plants, grasses, and shrubs; how to plan landscaping to be vibrant through every season; and very importantly how to make it all manageable by breaking it up into season-specific tasks. Lisa and her team have not only helped me with all this learning, they have helped with maintenance and with the planning and installation of an entirely new and beautiful, pollinator friendly, privacy creating garden ecosystem in my own yard. We were über impressed with the amount of time the owner Lisa put into our property. We were feeling very overwhelmed with our yard and didn't want basic landscaping. We wanted someone to help us see the potential our yard, but not spend thousands overhauling the whole thing. She helped identify existing plants while incorporating our taste, and her suggestions on which plants to incorporate helped us achieve the look and feel we wanted.
