Notice of Changes - 2023
I am so grateful for your support this year and looking forward to what comes next as we write new contracts for 2023.
Moving toward the coming season, I wanted to make sure you are aware of a few changes as we are making decisions and schedules for the first half of 2023.
Offering regular routine visits for current clients only, as of early 2022 we no longer accept maintenance for sites that did not include design and/or installation.
Last year the rate for maintenance labor remained at $60/hour + tax, but this coming year is going to increase to $65 + tax.
Consultation & Design rates (including Coaching) will remain billed at $80/hour without tax
Some sites will be subject to a travel fee based on our service area. (see map here)
Passing the baton - you may see new faces caring for your site as I train others to join the team.
Later in 2023 Eco-Restore will begin offering new products to use in your home and health care to minimize or eliminate plastics and toxins in our bodies.
These changes are due to increased business costs as well as increasing staffing to give everyone the best quality service possible. Travel rates closely match other landscaping vendors in the area.
All existing clients and any new clients will still receive high quality and professional service from myself and Eco-Restore, and as the next year will undoubtedly come with many changes, I hope to watch your gardens change and flourish alongside you.
I hope to achieve these goals by keeping focused on projects that are just the right fit and continuing to create spaces that need less inputs & less maintenance as they become more healthy and established.

Consultation & Design:
Are there any projects, besides ongoing maintenance, you would like to pursue this coming year?
Begin to work on another zone/section
Begin a Garden Coaching* package to learn how to maintain the landscape on your own
4 Visits - quarterly how-to's and trouble shooting for existing gardens
On-going Maintenance:
How regularly would you like Eco-Restore to serve you during the year (approximately February through November)? Each visit will be guided by a seasonal task schedule - provided with an updated contract at a later time.
Every other week ( ~ 20 Visits)
Monthly (~ 10 Visits)
Seasonal Cleanup (4 Visits - quarterly tasks i.e. planting, pruning, mulching, etc.)
*Note Garden Coaching consists of addressing areas of concern and demonstrations for planting, pruning, etc. This is not a maintenance package.
