Pacific Potions invites you into a slower rhythm—one that follows the steam of a kettle, the sparkle of salt crystals, and the hush of herbs unfurling in warm water. In these hands-on, drop-in workshops, we’ll gather in the serene setting of Bow Sanctuary to craft simple herbal remedies together—each one rooted in traditional practice and seasonal abundance.

HERBAL CULINARY SALTS
capture garden flavors for everyday meals

Capture garden flavors for everyday meals
Transform fresh and dried herbs into delicious salt blends that bring a burst of flavor—and wellness—to your kitchen. You’ll learn which herbs pair well together, how to preserve them in salt, and tips for culinary and health uses. Make a jar of your own blend and walk away with ideas for gifting, cooking, and celebrating the season’s bounty.

Alongside the crafting table, you’ll find space to ask your herbal questions, talk through a wellness idea, or explore how herbs might support you or your loved ones.

Come as you are. Stay as long as you like. Leave with a handmade remedy and a pocketful of plant wisdom.

These workshops offer a gentle, welcoming space to explore the healing and joyful possibilities of everyday herbs. Each session is offered by donation. No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity (and maybe a friend who needs a little green magic).

Because wellness begins with presence, each session is designed so you can arrive anytime between 10 AM and 1 PM, work at your own pace, and linger in good company or quiet reflection. These gatherings are part of Pacific Potions’ commitment to sharing accessible, community-centered herbal wellness practices rooted in the rhythms of the Pacific Northwest. Let’s stir the cauldron of community. One potion at a time.
